We accept cash, credit, debit, tap to pay, card on file, CareCredit, Scratchpay, Cherry payment plans, Zelle and Cash App. Trupanion pet insurance is accepted directly at checkout; with other insurers, you pay in full and are reimbursed by your provider.
What should I do if my animal needs surgery urgently?
Call us right away at (704) 675-7387. We do our best to fit in same-day emergencies, and walk-in urgent care is available 5–8pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We don’t have a dedicated after-hours emergency line.
